  •  Shipping with tracking is free within Canada & USA
  •  ALL SALES FINAL. Please check all the photos and/or videos before making your purchase. Feel free to contact us or send an Instagram DM @reluxedca if you have any inquiries or concerns before placing your order.
  • Your order will be shipped within 48 business hours. No shipping on statutory holidays.
  • Pay 4% less than the price posted on our website when you select EMT (e-Transfer) payment method (applicable to Canadian buyers only). After checking out, you will be contacted and provided with the EMT email address where you can send send the payment. Once you receive the confirmation and EMT email, you have one hour to complete the transaction.

AUTHENTICITY:

  • All items are 100% guaranteed authentic, or your money back.
  • Certificate of Authenticity is included except for selected items. COA can be requested at an additional cost for items that does not come with it. Additional $10 for most brands and $30 for Chanel or Hermes.
  • Clients are also free to use our photos for authentication purposes. Feel free to reach out if you need more photos.

PAYMENT PLAN: 

We offer 6 weeks payment plan (no charge) for EMT and PayPal Goods & Services payments with terms:

  • 25% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit upfront.
  • Balance is payable within 6 weeks.
  • Items will be shipped once it is fully paid.
